The successful candidate will be a cornerstone of the shareholders&#8217; personal and business affairs, ensuring seamless governance, strategic growth, and robust compliance across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks. <\/p>\n<p>This senior executive position requires a proactive and commercially minded individual with a proven track record in managing complex corporate structures. The Head of Family Office will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from the day-to-day corporate administration to the strategic execution of significant financial transactions. <\/p>\n<h3>Core Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<h3>Corporate and Legal Affairs <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Corporate Administration : Manage the corporate secretarial and administrative functions for all legal entities within the group, ensuring a good legal standing in all relevant jurisdictions, including but not limited to Cyprus, Malta, the UK, the BVI, the Cayman Islands, and the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Economic Substance : Guarantee that all entities meet their economic substance requirements in relevant jurisdictions, proactively managing and documenting activities to ensure full compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Legal &#038; Regulatory Oversight : Serve as the central point of contact for all legal matters, liaising with external counsel and ensuring the group&#8217;s adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. This includes the regulatory obligations of investment funds domiciled in the Cayman Islands and BVI. <\/li>\n<li>Group Structuring : Advise on and implement optimal corporate and tax structures to support the group&#8217;s strategic objectives, including the establishment of new entities and the restructuring of existing ones. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Financial and Strategic Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tax Planning and Advisory : In collaboration with external advisors, develop and execute sophisticated international tax strategies to optimize the group&#8217;s tax position and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws. <\/li>\n<li>Group Financing : Lead and manage all group financing transactions, including negotiating terms, drafting documentation, and overseeing the entire transaction lifecycle. <\/li>\n<li>Investor Projects and M &#038;A : Take a leading role in the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions. This includes financial modeling, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Shareholder and Family Affairs <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Shareholder Relations : Act as a trusted advisor to the three shareholders, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on key decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Management of Shareholders&#8217; Affairs : Oversee a range of personal financial and legal matters for the shareholders, ensuring discretion and efficiency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications and Experience <\/h3>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a family office, private practice (law or accounting), or a corporate services environment with a focus on multi-jurisdictional structures. <\/li>\n<li>A professional qualification in law, accounting, or a related field (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or a qualified lawyer). A postgraduate degree such as an MBA or LLM would be highly advantageous. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of international corporate law, tax planning principles, and regulatory frameworks in the specified jurisdictions. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing corporate administration, economic substance requirements, and the regulatory aspects of investment funds. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable expertise in leading M &#038;A transactions and complex financing deals. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with shareholders, external advisors, and internal teams. <\/li>\n<li>A strategic mindset with a hands\u2011on approach to problem\u2011solving. <\/li>\n<li>The highest level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious professional to join a dynamic and growing organization at the highest level.
