Due to the continuous growth and expansion they are seeking a dynamic and experienced <b>HR Director (UAE National) <\/b> to join their team. <\/p>\n<p>As the <b>HR Director <\/b> you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR and administrative functions forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the organization\u2019s objectives and foster a positive work culture. Additionally, you will oversee all administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company\u2019s overall goals and objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Manage employee relations including performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives and employee welfare initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the HRIS and ensure accurate record-keeping and data management. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee all administrative functions including facilities management, office supplies, procurement and travel arrangements. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe work environment. <\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and administrative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
