Euro Mechanical <\/b> is looking for a Head of Corporate Finance <\/b> to lead our financial strategy, M&A, investments, and treasury operations. This senior leadership role is based at our Head Office in Abu Dhabi <\/b>, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) <\/b>. <\/p>\n

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, managing M&A and investment portfolios, driving automation and efficiency across finance functions, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and key stakeholders. <\/p>\n

  • Lead corporate finance strategy in alignment with company growth and M&A initiatives. <\/li>\n
  • Oversee valuation, due diligence, and financial modeling for M&A opportunities. <\/li>\n
  • Manage investment portfolio to optimize returns and minimize risks. <\/li>\n
  • Direct treasury and banking operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and cash flow. <\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies and ensure full compliance. <\/li>\n
  • Drive process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement within finance. <\/li>\n
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. <\/li>\n
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We\u2019re Looking For <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration <\/b> (Master\u2019s degree preferred). <\/li>\n
    • 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, treasury, tax, or banking <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing high-value transactions <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. <\/li>\n
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
