This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of all physical assets across our leisure and entertainment properties. You will develop and implement facility management policies, oversee CAPEX and OPEX budgets, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations. <\/p>\n<p>As the FAM Director, you will lead a team of 30\u201340 professionals, including 6\u20138 direct reports, and manage both <b>Hard Services <\/b> (HVAC, plumbing, civil works) and <b>Soft Services <\/b> divisions. Your leadership will ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of facility operations and maintenance across multiple properties. <\/li>\n<li>Manage Division P&#038;L and budgets, ensuring cost\u2011effective practices. <\/li>\n<li>Lead CAPEX projects and preventative maintenance programmes. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise contractors\/vendors and approve manpower scheduling. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (HACCP, Fire Life Safety, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement in processes, policies, and operational efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor KPIs, CMMS data accuracy and service request completion. <\/li>\n<li>Inspire and develop team members through training and performance reviews. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in design reviews, refurbishment programmes and installation processes. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper asset management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<p><b>Essential: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 15 years of hands\u2011on experience in HVAC, Electrical or Civil Engineering. <\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years in a leadership role managing large teams and contractors. <\/li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems, water treatment, fire suppression systems and related infrastructure. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication and problem\u2011solving skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desirable: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional certification (e.g., Certified Facility Manager \u2013 CFM). <\/li>\n<li>Experience in hospitality or theme park industry. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CMMS systems (MAXIMO, CAFM) and AutoCAD. <\/li>\n<li>Project Management expertise. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Miral Experiences, we don\u2019t just create world\u2011class destinations \u2014 we create unforgettable memories for our guests and remarkable careers for our people. <\/p>\n<p>From theme parks and attractions to guest services and behind\u2011the\u2011scenes roles, every member of our team plays a part in delivering exceptional experiences.
