The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in stakeholder management, recruitment, and daily HR operations. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR matters, contributing to business growth and operational excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with department heads to address workforce challenges and opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
