You will operate as their trusted advisor ensuring they get the most out of the cloud at every stage of their journey. You will engage with senior customer leaders and technical stakeholders to help them achieve increased agility and significant business value by leading their migration to AWS. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and our customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency to accelerate their large-scale migration projects. Internally you will be the voice of the customer, sharing their needs and wants to inform the roadmap of AWS features. Externally the Migration &#038; Modernisation Specialist Solutions Architect works with senior enterprises helping them to effectively lead their migration assessment, readiness, and strategy. <\/p>\n<p>In this role your creativity will link technology to tangible solutions with the opportunity to define cloud\u2011native reference architectures for a variety of use cases. You will participate in the creation and sharing of best\u2011practice technical content and new reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples, blog posts) and evangelise and educate about AWS technology (e.g., through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences). <\/p>\n<p>Can you work equally well with executives and technologists, leading high\u2011visibility, high\u2011impact IT transformation projects that are technically broad and deep? You will participate in the creation and sharing of best\u2011practice technical content and new reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples, blog posts) and evangelise and educate about AWS technology (e.g., through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences). <\/p>\n<h3>Required Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data &#038; analytics) experience <\/li>\n<li>3 years of design, implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience <\/li>\n<li>10 years of IT development or implementation\/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience <\/li>\n<li>5 years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S\/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with end\u2011user or developer communities <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners <\/li>\n<li>Experience in SAP S\/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private <\/li>\n<li>Experience in SAP clean core design concepts, including design and build using non\u2011SAP technologies in domains such as Generative \/ Agentic AI and data &#038; analytics <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
