These pivotal roles are central to achieving each school\u2019s mission and vision, ensuring world\u2011class academic, personal, and social outcomes for every learner. As key members of the Executive Leadership Teams, both Heads of Secondary will contribute meaningfully to whole\u2011school strategy, continuous improvement and long\u2011term school development. <\/p>\n<h3>The role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading teaching and learning across all Key Stages, ensuring consistency, ambition and high\u2011quality classroom practice. <\/li>\n<li>Driving outstanding attainment, progress, wellbeing and personalised learning pathways. <\/li>\n<li>Overseeing a cohesive, world\u2011class curriculum that is progressive, connected and aligned with international standards. <\/li>\n<li>Building leadership capacity across the Secondary School through coaching, mentoring and distributed leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Leading professional learning, staff development, performance management and talent growth. <\/li>\n<li>Strengthening communication and collaboration with students, parents, staff and the wider school community. <\/li>\n<li>Managing staffing resources and budgets to ensure excellence and sustainability. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring accountability through rigorous self\u2011evaluation, assessment, analysis and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Promoting innovation, enrichment and engagement with Nord Anglia global initiatives (MIT, Juilliard, IMG Global Campus). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The successful candidate will possess <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Teacher Status with a minimum of two years of teaching experience (essential). <\/li>\n<li>At least five years of experience as a Senior Leader (essential). <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of leading teaching and learning, school improvement and strategic change. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of international curriculum pathways (IGCSE, A\u2011Level, IB, BTEC, NEASC). <\/li>\n<li>Experience in pastoral care, wellbeing strategies and student success frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder\u2011engagement skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage financial, human and curriculum resources effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an international school environment (desirable). <\/li>\n<li>NPQH or postgraduate leadership qualifications (desirable). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please see the full job description <b>here. <\/b> <\/p>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0639\u0646\u0627 <\/h3>\n<p>Nord Anglia Education is the world\u2019s leading international schools organisation with 80 schools educating more than 80,000 students across the globe.
