As a key player in the financial services space we handle billions in transactions and are on a mission to redefine the future of payments through innovation, compliance, and seamless customer experience. <\/p>\n<p><b>About the Role <\/b> We are looking for a strategic and technically accomplished Head of Global Infrastructure &#038; Operations to lead our global infrastructure systems and drive operational excellence. This leadership role is critical in supporting our real\u2011time communication platform by ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will work closely with cross\u2011functional teams including engineering, product, security, and compliance to execute on our global infrastructure vision. <\/p>\n<h3>Main Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<p><b>Infrastructure Leadership <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute a global infrastructure and cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Architect scalable, secure, and highly available systems <\/li>\n<li>Oversee deployment, monitoring, disaster recovery, and incident response globally <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Operational Excellence <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead global DevOps, SRE, and IT Operations teams <\/li>\n<li>Ensure 24\/7 system monitoring and robust incident response procedures <\/li>\n<li>Own SLAs, performance, and uptime metrics for internal and customer\u2011facing systems <\/li>\n<li>Implement ITSM best practices (incident, change, capacity management) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Security &#038; Compliance <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with security teams to ensure compliance (ISO 27001, SOC\u00a02, PCI\u2011DSS, GDPR) <\/li>\n<li>Oversee patch management, secure configuration, and infrastructure monitoring <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Scalability &#038; Automation <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive automation across CI\/CD, infrastructure provisioning (IaC), and observability <\/li>\n<li>Lead capacity planning and performance optimization efforts <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Stakeholder Collaboration <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors <\/li>\n<li>Align infrastructure with business goals and feature delivery timelines <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Team Leadership &#038; Development <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor global cross\u2011functional teams <\/li>\n<li>Communicate technical concepts to executive and non\u2011technical stakeholders <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your Experience <\/h3>\n<p>We expect you to have strong expertise in the following areas: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering <\/li>\n<li>5 years in a senior leadership role managing global operations <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in real\u2011time communication, telecom, or SaaS platforms <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Terraform <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in incident management, SRE, and observability practices <\/li>\n<li>Track record of meeting regulatory and compliance requirements globally <\/li>\n<li>Experience with hybrid\u2011cloud or multi\u2011region deployments <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Apply and Join Us Today!
