You\u2019ll own the local affiliate strategy, build a strong network of partners, and work across departments to ensure long-term success in the region. This is a senior-level, strategic role with a heavy focus on affiliate relationships and business development. <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who knows the UAE affiliate and trading ecosystem inside out, and is ready to make real impact. <\/p>\n<p>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the UAE go-to-market and affiliate expansion strategy <\/li>\n<li>Build, lead, and optimize a high-performing affiliate partner network in the UAE <\/li>\n<li>Act as PropFundX\u2019s ambassador in the local fintech, trading, and affiliate space <\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviors to guide growth decisions <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings to UAE users <\/li>\n<li>Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen community ties <\/li>\n<li>Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are achieved <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular reporting and insights to the global executive team <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Country Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager within a fintech, trading, or affiliate-focused organization <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of the UAE affiliate marketing landscape, including relationships with influencers, KOLs, and digital publishers <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing affiliate accounts and revenue pipelines <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English;
