Responsible for supporting production activity control to meet business and financial objectives. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities \/ Key Result Areas <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Works as a Finance business partner for Operations Management &#038; Production function by providing key financial information, tools, analysis and business insights to stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Analyse financial data (e.g., revenue, expenses, profitability) to identify trends, variances (PPV, POV, PUV), and opportunities for improvement <\/li>\n<li>Standard unit cost calculation and comparison with actual <\/li>\n<li>Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations <\/li>\n<li>Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Identify production cost reduction opportunities and guide operations management towards cost efficiency improvements <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the CAPEX and report <\/li>\n<li>Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing, and production control systems to meet business objectives <\/li>\n<li>Work with materials, manufacturing and purchasing departments in identifying and resolving production planning problems <\/li>\n<li>Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Core Competency <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A performance-driven individual, with a sense of urgency, exceptional organizational credibility, and deep understanding of the business <\/li>\n<li>Attention to details and good orientation with numbers, high degree of accuracy and precision are essential fitment criteria <\/li>\n<li>Must be highly oriented with strong accountability &#038; ownership with a mind to accept changes <\/li>\n<li>Must possess strong planning and exceptional numerical proficiency to carry on helping our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial control in Operations &#038; Production function <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal communications with multitasking skill with focus on efficient implementation <\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate with cross\u2011functional colleagues for a better outcome of every activity <\/li>\n<li>Having an analytical mind with strong business and financial acumen to understand the big picture of the future business need <\/li>\n<li>Adapt at identifying issues, driving to root cause analysis &#038; having strong problem-solving skills <\/li>\n<li>Very strong Planning and Monitoring Skill coupled with time management <\/li>\n<li>You are a team player with a proactive approach and enthusiastically manage internal \/ external stakeholders in good spirit <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications \/ Key Experiences \/ Functional Knowledge Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3+ years of total experience in Pharmaceutical \/ large Manufacturing industry having at least +5 years of experience in similar role is essential <\/li>\n<li>SAP Experience is a must <\/li>\n<li>Communication and leadership skills <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English <\/li>\n<li>Must be experienced in managing complex and sensitive operational challenges <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in Finance management, auditing and accounting fundamentals <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS office management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We value people from different backgrounds.
