<\/li>\n<li>Advise on UAE laws and civil code compliance, ensuring all transactions and contracts meet regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Support business units across their portfolio of sectors, providing practical legal solutions aligned with commercial objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Manage corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, share transfers, and entity formation under supervision. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks, offering strategic input during negotiations. <\/li>\n<li>Provide across diverse sectors such as real estate, F&#038;B, leisure, and fitness. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently under supervision, managing multiple priorities in a fast\u2011paced environment.
