Testing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2950529<\/p>\n<p><h3>Job Purpose <\/h3>\n<p>Support the AVP assurance &#038; monitoring in performing AML\/CFT related control testing programme in line with GCDD procedure. <\/p>\n<p>Follow and implement the annual schedule of reviews in light with regulatory requirements. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<h3>QA &#038; Testing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform the approved assurance testing plan and identify key compliance related risks and issues. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure assurance testing is performed in line with agreed milestones. <\/li>\n<li>Track and monitor to completion all assurance testing issues. <\/li>\n<li>Follow up with the business as required. <\/li>\n<li>Promote internal control awareness and demonstrate Assurance and Monitorings contribution. <\/li>\n<li>Tracking and closure of recommendations <\/li>\n<li>Perform trend analyse and advise corrective measures. <\/li>\n<li>Manage ADHOC &#038; administrative activities as deemed appropriate and assigned by line managers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Professional \/ Technical <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The role requires the analysis and challenge of complex activities in light of regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Solid analytical skills including the ability to identify discrepancies whilst managing reviewing and gathering data. <\/li>\n<li>The ability to critically analyse data including the identification of trends themes and outliers. <\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent time management skills the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and still deliver consistent high standard of work. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Audit <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow up and provide technical support (if required) to the Risk and Control team to assist in the closure of Group Internal Audit \/ Regulatory \/ Group Compliance findings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0625\u0639\u062f\u0627\u062f \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0642\u0627\u0631\u064a\u0631: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure assurance testing results are recorded and appropriately reported to AVP \u2013 Head of KYC Review &#038;
