{"id":61163,"date":"2026-04-13T18:31:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:31:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/vp-business-intelligence-planning\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T18:31:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:31:08","slug":"vp-business-intelligence-planning","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/vp-business-intelligence-planning\/","title":{"rendered":"VP- Business Intelligence &#038; Planning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3368311<\/p>\n<p><h3>Key Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-lead the AIIH team in a Chief of Staff role <\/li>\n<li>Drive AIIH agenda as \u201cright hand\u201d of the Chief AI Innovation Officer, plan LT meetings, incl. planning cycles, reporting, x-coordination <\/li>\n<li>Manage AI projects timelines, milestones, AIIH resource\/budget allocation, progress monitoring to ensure timely and efficient delivery <\/li>\n<li>Shaping themes for culture and team events, (LT) offsites, comms <\/li>\n<li>Support recruiting activities, onboarding support <\/li>\n<li>Lead assistants <\/li>\n<li>Drive overarching AIIH projects independently <\/li>\n<li>Inhouse-consulting function <\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular high-impact updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of status, blockers, and KPIs, support internal decision making <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal governance, data, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting with AI, data, or tech programs background within financial services <\/li>\n<li>Strong structural competence, ability to create top\u2011notch high impact presentations to senior stakeholders with minimal guidance <\/li>\n<li>Track record in delivering complex, cross\u2011functional projects in agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments incl. preparing SteerCos for executive stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>High resilience in fast paced environments <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI\/ML workflows and ability to coordinate across data science, engineering, and business teams <\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning, facilitation, and communication skills with both technical and non\u2011technical audiences <\/li>\n<li>Educational qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field.
