evaluating their impact on student progress and standards and thereby identifying further areas for development whilst encouraging the sharing of best practice and fostering a culture of high reward and praise. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all practices promote student progression; home learning; student voice; lesson observations; student work reviews and parental engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Identifying individual training needs through performance management and ensuring those needs are met. <\/li>\n<li>Implementing strategies to enhance learning and teaching within the Department including emerging learning technologies. <\/li>\n<li>Modeling outstanding practice in learning and teaching. <\/li>\n<li>Involving external advice and expertise where appropriate to further benefit the learning agenda and student progress and achievements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading on Curriculum, Data and Recording and Reporting through leading curriculum development and resourcing. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that appropriate and relevant schemes of work are developed, in place, and regularly reviewed and evaluated, for all year groups and courses, including suitable provision for SEN\/POD, G&#038;T, and EAL students. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring students are prepared effectively for examinations and other assessments. <\/li>\n<li>Organising key events and extra\u2011curricular activities that promote and further develop and engage student interest in the subject. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring effective assessments, moderation, collation and analysis of data in line with the MER calendar and quality assurance procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Using data effectively at departmental, classroom and teacher level. <\/li>\n<li>Analyzing and interpreting relevant school data to inform policies and department\/school SEF writing. <\/li>\n<li>Using performance data to inform learning episodes and thereby ensuring the learning and teaching continue to add value. <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring student progress and achievement against targets, identifying underachieving students and creating and implementing effective action plans to support them. <\/li>\n<li>Communicating effectively with parents through all channels and ensuring high quality communication from all department members. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading and managing staff: leading the discreet Heads of Subject, setting clear expectations, developing responsibilities, delegating tasks, engaging in performance management, leading professional development, fostering team spirit, collaborating with SLT, establishing effective working relationships, and representing the department in marketing and liaison activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring efficient and effective deployment of staff and resources: recruitment, safe learning environment, stimulating climate, and value for money. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Other duties: Academic mentor or form tutor, staff duty rota, cover for absent colleagues, invigilate examinations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BA Degree in relevant subject with Postgraduate Certificate in Education \/ QTS. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Minimum Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 6 years of experience (mandatory), in specialist subject, including 4 consecutive years of teaching performance that exceeds standards and expectations as per appraisal reviews. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Specific Knowledge &#038;
