You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from qualifying inbound leads to closing deals for both our freelance contract and full-time hiring solutions. Success in this role requires a blend of sales expertise, exceptional communication, and a passion for helping companies solve their most critical talent needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Own the Sales Pipeline:<\/strong> Manage the full sales cycle for qualified leads, moving them from initial contact through negotiation and close.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualify and Discover:<\/strong> Conduct <strong>discovery calls<\/strong> during working hours to deeply understand client needs, technical requirements, budget, and urgency, ensuring a strong product-market fit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross-Team Collaboration:<\/strong> Work in <strong>close alignment with our Matching Team<\/strong> (Talent\/Recruiter counterparts) to clearly communicate client needs, receive candidate matches, and drive deals forward efficiently.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client Relationship Management:<\/strong> Build and maintain strong, professional, and consultative relationships with new and prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Master the Product:<\/strong> Become an expert in Arc.dev\u2019s unique value proposition, including our vetting process, <strong>HireAI matching technology<\/strong>, and flexible engagement models (freelance, full-time, and dedicated teams).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process Excellence:<\/strong> Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and client information in our CRM, demonstrating <strong>strong attention to detail<\/strong> and <strong>time management<\/strong> skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp;
