improve help center documentation<\/li>\n<li>Identify and reproduce technical issues, suggesting enhancements and improving user experience<\/li>\n<li>Become an internal IFTTT expert who can answer product questions from colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"title\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg\">\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience managing online communities for software or SaaS products<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating and editing help center or knowledge base content<\/li>\n<li>Strong writing and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Experience with community management across multiple platforms (Discord, Reddit, app stores, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience interacting with APIs and user authentication (OAuth 2)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with JavaScript<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM tools or email support (Zendesk preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working remotely<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in
