You will work from home in your country and support our daily operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and live chat from customers (friendly &amp; professional English required)<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments using our software (Jobber or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with clients after service (reviews, feedback, rescheduling)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with our cleaning teams (send schedules, confirm arrivals)<\/li>\n<li>Light bookkeeping: enter payments, send invoices, track overdue accounts<\/li>\n<li>Help with social media posts and replying to comments (Facebook\/Instagram)<\/li>\n<li>Other admin tasks as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule &amp;
