Engineers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide technical leadership throughout all stages of client engagement: pre-sales, solution architecture, and implementation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Act as a key technical consultant throughout the sales cycle: clearly and convincingly present product capabilities and business value to prospective clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with sales, product management, and development teams to design and deliver optimal client solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee the integration and implementation of solutions for clients, ensuring smooth and timely deployment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Take into account all aspects when developing solutions: liquidity flows, execution models, risk parameters, and infrastructure compatibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Create and maintain up-to-date documentation, technical guides, and training materials for clients and internal teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Actively identify customer needs and suggest improvements based on feedback and market trends.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Define and monitor <strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/strong> to assess team productivity and customer satisfaction levels.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Represent the company in technical meetings with external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism and technical platforms, risk management systems, and enterprise SaaS solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven experience managing technical teams, preferably in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales within the financial sector.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deep knowledge of <strong>liquidity aggregation<\/strong>, order routing, execution models, the <strong>FIX protocol<\/strong>, and trading system APIs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Expertise in <strong>trading technologies<\/strong> and <strong>market infrastructure<\/strong>, particularly in the <strong>FX<\/strong>, <strong>CFD<\/strong>, \u0648 <strong>digital assets<\/strong> segments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with institutional platforms such as <strong>MetaTrader<\/strong>, <strong>cTrader<\/strong>, <strong>OneZero<\/strong>, <strong>PrimeXM<\/strong>, and proprietary OMS\/EMS solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain
