This role is focused on driving sustainable, high\u2011quality free\u2011user growth through product\u2011led distribution, ecosystem partnerships, education programs, and community engagement\u2014rather than traditional paid acquisition marketing.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will operate within an established growth strategy to expand reach, increase engagement, and improve activation across non\u2011commercial and early\u2011stage user segments. You will partner closely with Product, Education, Community, Marketing, and Analytics teams to support long\u2011term adoption and monetization.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a<\/h3>\n<h3>Free Tier Growth Strategy &amp; Planning<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support execution of free\u2011user growth initiatives across Freemium, Viewer, Education, and Community segments.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to planning and forecasting free\u2011tier growth targets aligned with broader product adoption and ecosystem objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Help define and measure success metrics for free\u2011user growth, activation, and engagement across segments.<\/li>\n<li>Support experimentation with new free\u2011tier programs, distribution tactics, and ecosystem partnerships in collaboration with senior growth leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in evaluating new channels and community\u2011driven initiatives that expand reach and increase engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current on trends in education, community\u2011led growth, and product\u2011led distribution to inform growth strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Viewer, Education &amp; Community Programs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support growth of Viewer and read\u2011only experiences by improving discoverability, onboarding, and activation pathways.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Education teams to scale student, educator, and academic programs that drive long\u2011term product familiarity and adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Community teams to increase participation through forums, learning content, events, and advocacy programs.<\/li>\n<li>Help identify key moments where free users transition from awareness to meaningful product engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Funnel &amp; Engagement Optimization<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze free\u2011user journeys end\u2011to\u2011end (visit \u2192 sign\u2011up \u2192 onboarding \u2192 engagement) to identify friction, drop\u2011offs, and growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Use experimentation and qualitative insights to test and improve activation, engagement, and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and interpretation of free\u2011tier growth metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as sign\u2011ups, activation, engagement, retention, and segment growth.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare clear updates and insights that highlight what\u2019s driving free\u2011user growth and where opportunities remain.<\/li>\n<li>Share learnings and recommendations to inform future growth initiatives and roadmap prioritization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Minimum Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in growth, community, education programs, product marketing, or ecosystem\u2011focused roles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting user growth, engagement, or activation initiatives for SaaS or digital products.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with experience using product or marketing analytics tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<h3>Growth &amp; Engagement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with free\u2011tier, Viewer, Education, or Community user segments.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with product\u2011led growth, community\u2011led growth, or education\u2011based adoption models.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to design, support, and evaluate experiments focused on activation, engagement, and retention rather than paid acquisition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tools &amp; Analytics<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience using analytics platforms to evaluate user behavior and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of experimentation frameworks, cohort analysis, and funnel diagnostics.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to lifecycle or engagement tooling such as in\u2011app messaging, email, or learning platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Collaboration &amp; Communication<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong cross\u2011functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, Education, Community, and Analytics partners.<\/li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills when sharing insights, learnings, and program outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity and rigor in understanding how users discover, learn, and engage with products organically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h3>Learn More<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0639\u0646\u0627 <a href=\"https:\/\/himalayas.app\/companies\/autodesk\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Autodesk<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>\u0645\u0631\u062d\u0628\u064b\u0627 \u0628\u0643\u0645 \u0641\u064a <a href=\"https:\/\/himalayas.app\/companies\/autodesk\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Autodesk<\/a>! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $91,000 and $163,350. Offers are based on the candidate\u2019s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
