This is a <strong>short-term consulting project<\/strong>, ideal for a <strong>local performance marketing specialist <\/strong>who understands the intricacies of the Korean digital enter and grow in the Korean digital market.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify and recommend the most effective <strong>marketing and acquisition channels<\/strong> (e.g., Kakao, Naver, YouTube, Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advise on <strong>outreach strategies<\/strong> and <strong>media buying practices<\/strong> specific to South Korea.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support the setup and optimization of paid campaigns across multiple platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Share insights on <strong>local user behavior<\/strong>, <strong>creative localization<\/strong>, \u0648 <strong>A\/B testing tactics<\/strong> that perform in Korea.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Recommend tools, agencies, or partnerships relevant to the market.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver a roadmap with practical action items and KPIs for the internal team to South Korea (3+ years minimum).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deep knowledge of the <strong>Korean digital ecosystem<\/strong>, including local ad networks, platforms, trends, and user behaviors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with managing and optimizing performance campaigns (CPA, CPL, CPI, ROAS).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluent in <strong>Korean<\/strong> and proficient in <strong>\u0625\u0646\u062c\u0644\u064a\u0632\u064a<\/strong> (written and verbal).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working with international companies or startups is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to work independently and deliver clear, practical
