Similarity (Clustering, KNN) <\/p>\n<p>         Offer Recommendation \/ Ranking (Scoring Models) <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Design A\/B testing and uplift modeling to evaluate campaign performance. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop simulation engines for pricing what-if analysis and scenario testing. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Create automated pipelines for model training, scoring, and retraining. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure feature store alignment. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with the Business Decisioning team to translate insights into rules and thresholds. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Implement feedback loops using real-time events (purchase, rejection, expiry) to improve models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<\/h3>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0631\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0648\u0628\u0629:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience Level: 5\u20138 years in Applied Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Data Science for large-scale systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Econometrics. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficient in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, statsmodels, xgboost, lightGBM). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with model lifecycle management (MLOps). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Solid understanding of telecom KPIs: ARPU, recharge frequency, wallet size, churn rate, etc. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to design feature engineering pipelines and perform A\/B testing. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Expertise in data visualization and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred (Nice-to-Have):<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Telecom Offer &amp;
