{"id":70075,"date":"2026-03-07T16:42:58","date_gmt":"2026-03-07T12:42:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/senior-director-human-resources\/"},"modified":"2026-03-07T16:42:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-07T12:42:59","slug":"senior-director-human-resources","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/senior-director-human-resources\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Director Human Resources"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Senior Director of Human Resources \u2013 Western Region, plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people agenda across Europe and the United States.<\/p>\n<p>As a strategic business partner to the regional leadership team, this role combines forward-thinking HR strategy with hands-on operational execution to enable business growth, organizational agility, and employee engagement.<\/p>\n<p>This position manages the HR function for the region, driving excellence across all core people processes, embedding a consistent operating model, and ensuring the successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR.<\/p>\n<p>The Senior Director of Human Resources \u2013 Western Region brings a balance of strategic insight, business acumen, and operational rigor\u2014enabling leaders to make informed decisions, building strong local HR capabilities, and fostering a high-performance, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture.<\/p>\n<h3>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<h3>Strategic Business Partnering<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the trusted advisor to regional leadership, enabling business decisions through data-driven people insights.<\/li>\n<li>Translate strategic priorities into actionable HR plans at country and regional levels.<\/li>\n<li>Support change and transformation initiatives including M&amp;A, restructuring, and capability-building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HR Operations and Process Excellence<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive standardization and continuous improvement of core HR processes in line with the new HRIS implementation (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation review, talent development).<\/li>\n<li>Define and implement clear RACI matrices across HR roles (global, regional, country, third parties).<\/li>\n<li>Monitor key HR KPIs and ensure process adherence and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HR Systems &amp; Digital Enablement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR across the Western Region.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the main business process owner for system modules impacting the region (e.g., org management, people data, absence management).<\/li>\n<li>Build local HRIS capabilities and ensure quality and consistency of people data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Talent, Performance &amp; Engagement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Roll out talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Coach HR teams and business leaders on performance enablement and people development.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency of the employee experience across the region despite legal and cultural diversity.<\/li>\n<li>Foster employee engagement, and provide training and development opportunities for employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compliance &amp; External Interfaces<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and group policies.<\/li>\n<li>Manage interfaces with external HR providers (payroll, legal, labor relations, etc.) and optimize contractual setups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills and Abilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pragmatic, execution-focused, and able to thrive in lean environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational hands-on delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with ambiguity, in fast-changing environments and with distributed teams.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to drive change, improve processes, and elevate HR as a value-adding business partner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Education and Experience:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required.
