This must include at 4 examples of original work. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideal&nbsp;applicants&nbsp;will&nbsp;have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Figma,&nbsp;Sketch,&nbsp;or&nbsp;Adobe&nbsp;experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience&nbsp;working&nbsp;with&nbsp;and&nbsp;adhering&nbsp;to&nbsp;design&nbsp;systems,&nbsp;specifically&nbsp;Google&#8217;s&nbsp;Material&nbsp;Design<\/li>\n<li>The&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;give&nbsp;precise,&nbsp;actionable&nbsp;feedback&nbsp;on&nbsp;provided&nbsp;design&nbsp;outputs<\/li>\n<li>Design&nbsp;System&nbsp;quality&nbsp;feedback&nbsp;experience<\/li>\n<li>User&nbsp;Experience&nbsp;feedback&nbsp;experience<\/li>\n<li>3+&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;getting&nbsp;your&nbsp;designs&nbsp;into&nbsp;production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role&nbsp;Specifics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Must&nbsp;be&nbsp;US&nbsp;Based<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>All potential candidates will be required to take a paid assessment before we can extendyou an offer.<\/li>\n<li>This&nbsp;project&nbsp;requires&nbsp;that&nbsp;you&nbsp;be&nbsp;able&nbsp;to&nbsp;commit&nbsp;a&nbsp;<strong>minimum&nbsp;of&nbsp;20&nbsp;hours&nbsp;per&nbsp;week,&nbsp;up&nbsp;to&nbsp;40&nbsp;hours&nbsp;per&nbsp;week.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Available&nbsp;for&nbsp;<strong>a&nbsp;minimum&nbsp;of&nbsp;a&nbsp;3-month&nbsp;starting&nbsp;contract<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;opportunity&nbsp;for&nbsp;extension<\/li>\n<li>We consider all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics ad provide reasonable accommodations upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$50-$100&nbsp;an&nbsp;hour<\/li>\n<li>Weekly&nbsp;payment&nbsp;($1,000&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;$2,000&nbsp;weekly&nbsp;payout)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: This is project based work.
