First and foremost, you&#8217;re a creator. Someone who can pick up a camera, tell a story, and make content that stops people mid-scroll. But you also have the strategic and organisational instincts to run our social media presence end-to-end.<\/p>\n<p class=\"editor-module__paragraph___1NV1Z\">You&#8217;ll own our online persona, produce content across platforms, and coordinate with other creators and influencers to ensure we&#8217;re consistently showing up with content that resonates. You&#8217;ll also be our boots on the ground in online communities, driving organic awareness, managing conversations, and turning followers into fans.<\/p>\n<p class=\"editor-module__paragraph___1NV1Z\">This is a full-time role, though we&#8217;re open to freelance arrangements for the right person. It&#8217;s also remote-friendly, and we&#8217;d love someone who lives across borders like our customers and genuinely understands why our product matters.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-module__h3___2Nxvt\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list-module__ul___3mQuP\">\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Define Sling&#8217;s social media strategy, including which platforms to prioritise, which audiences to target, and how to grow our presence in a way that drives real business impact<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Shape Sling&#8217;s online identity, making deliberate decisions about tone of voice and visual style across every channel<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Create original content across formats (short-form video, graphics, captions) for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and beyond<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Build and own a content calendar, managing day-to-day publishing and scheduling across all platforms<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Coordinate with external content creators, videographers, and influencer partners to maintain a consistent, high-quality output<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Drive organic awareness through active participation in relevant online communities (Reddit, Facebook Groups, Twitter\/X threads, local forums)<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across all channels, engaging authentically on behalf of the brand<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Track performance metrics and use data to improve content strategy over time, with success measured by follower growth, engagement, and building Sling into a recognised online personality that drives user growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-module__h3___2Nxvt\"><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list-module__ul___3mQuP\">\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">A proven content creator, comfortable in front of (and behind) a camera, with a strong eye for what works on each platform<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">A genuine feel for brand voice. You can craft a consistent online persona that feels human, not corporate<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). You can write sharp, native-level copy in both<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Highly organised and self-directed. You can manage a content calendar and coordinate multiple contributors without being chased<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-module__list-item___1zGFR\">Scrappy and creative.
