The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-The role is a full-time website builder using Elementor in WordPress, building websites for our clients.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Person and Skills We Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Someone who has great English (writing and speaking)  preferably without a very very strong accent (don’t let your accent worry you, it’s not critical, please still apply)<\/p>\n

-Someone who can truly become dedicated to Goodjuju and motivated to grow themselves (skills, experience, pay) by helping Goodjuju grow and perform better<\/p>\n

-Someone focused who genuinely cares and enjoys their work communicating with the team, clients, and potential clients<\/p>\n

-Motivated to grow, make more money (base pay and bonuses), and improve your life while helping improve the life of the Goodjuju team and our clients<\/p>\n

Your Work and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \u2705  Creating designs and concepts for new\/existing sites<\/p>\n

  \u2705  Collaborating with the other designers, developers, writers<\/p>\n

  \u2705  Using our systems and the info\/content provided by clients to add to the website (we will teach you)<\/p>\n

  \u2705  Communicating with clients to suggest ideas, ask questions, etc (mostly email, some calls)<\/p>\n

  \u2705  Working at a reasonable pace as not to slow down the process of website builds<\/p>\n

 \u2705  Communicating with the COO and CEO on statuses and workload etc<\/p>\n

 \u2705  Providing new ideas\/innovation to the COO and CEO<\/p>\n

 \u2705  Providing updates on projects to the COO and CEO<\/p>\n

 \u2705  Responsive to clients and internal team<\/p>\n

Full-Time Position and Pay – With Flexible Hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2705  6.5 hours per day (on average) M-F. We are not super strict on counting hours, we more expect hustle during your work time and getting things done<\/p>\n

\u2705  We need someone who is excited to help make a difference with their efforts and be focused solely on Goodjuju. When we grow, you grow.<\/p>\n

\u2705  No 2nd jobs\/side hustles. We need your full energy and focus, and you’ll be paid more with the more that you do. You won’t need or want a second job \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Pay, Bonuses, and Benefits for you:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      STARTING base pay around $1,900.00-$2,100.00\/month (DOE and Results),<\/strong> paid in two payments each month. Multiple opportunities to earn more with good performance.<\/em><\/p>\n

     Ability to earn raises at anytime by hustling, going above and beyond, and doing great work (we will notice this)<\/em><\/p>\n
