We are seeking a Full\u202fStack Web Engineer with a strong sense of UI\/UX design and a proven track record in financial services. Experience in crypto or digital assets is highly valued. You will work across the entire technology stack\u2014from data models and APIs to interactive, high\u2011performance interfaces\u2014building and refining products that deliver tangible business value. You are product\u2011mindset, language\u2011agnostic, pragmatic, and collaborative, and you contribute to a culture of technical excellence through reviews, mentorship, and shared learning. <\/p>\n

  • Deliver end\u2011to\u2011end product features from backend APIs and data models to engaging, responsive UI components. <\/li>\n
  • Review and validate scalable software architectures, ensuring maintainability, reliability, and secure integration across all layers. <\/li>\n
  • Champion good engineering practices, including code reviews, automated testing, documentation, and CI\/CD workflows. <\/li>\n
  • Optimise performance across the stack through effective debugging, profiling, and system tuning. <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex business and user requirements into elegant, performant solutions. <\/li>\n
  • Maintain consistent operational hygiene through clear documentation, smooth migrations, and predictable deployments. <\/li>\n
  • Explore and share emerging technologies, with particular interest in Rust, WebAssembly, and modern API frameworks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Background & Experience <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Proven experience building full\u2011stack web applications with strong command of both frontend and backend principles. <\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React or similar) and design systems or component libraries such as Shadcn. <\/li>\n
    • Experience developing robust backend services, ideally using Rust, or familiarity with typed backend languages. <\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of HTTP, RESTful API design, and performance optimisation in web contexts. <\/li>\n
    • Hands\u2011on experience with relational and\/or NoSQL databases, schema design, and query optimisation. <\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with Git\u2011based workflows, continuous integration, and automated testing practices. <\/li>\n
    • Strong debugging, problem\u2011solving, and analytical skills. <\/li>\n
    • Product\u2011oriented mindset balancing quality, speed, and user impact effectively. <\/li>\n
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proactive attitude toward improving systems and team dynamics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Exposure to data\u2011intensive, governance\u2011driven, or fintech\/crypto applications and curiosity for Rust or distributed systems. <\/li>\n
      • Awareness of secure coding practices, authentication\/authorisation models (OAuth2, OpenID Connect). <\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of data visualisation libraries (D3.js, Recharts, or similar). <\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Faro, or Datadog) and comfort instrumenting metrics, logs, and traces. <\/li>\n
      • Ability to design applications with self\u2011observability in mind (health endpoints, tracing IDs, telemetry propagation). <\/li>\n
      • Exposure to Kubernetes, containerised environments, and Helm\u2011based deployments. <\/li>\n
      • Understanding of CI\/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) and infrastructure\u2011as\u2011code workflows. <\/li>\n
      • Experience working in cloud\u2011native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and awareness of security\u2011first design. <\/li>\n
      • Comfort working with financial datasets, trade logs, or analytics dashboards. <\/li>\n
      • Experience handling sensitive or regulated data, ideally in financial or crypto contexts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
