The ideal candidate will have deep hands\u2011on experience with on\u2011prem infrastructure, Azure cloud services, hybrid\/edge setups, automation\/infra\u2011as\u2011code, and a track record of executing complex enterprise transformations. This role will combine architecture, implementation, mentoring and stakeholder engagement. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and drive the technical architecture for Azure cloud (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid) infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, security, cost\u2011optimisation, reliability and operational excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Lead design and deployment of Azure Landing Zones \/ enterprise cloud adoption frameworks and reference architectures (governance, subscriptions, management groups, identity, networking, security). <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on design and implementation of infrastructure including compute (VMs, VM scale sets, containers\/AKS), storage, databases, networking (VNet, peering, VPN\/ExpressRoute, firewall, load balancers), identity &#038; access (Azure AD, RBAC, managed identities), hybrid connectivity. <\/li>\n<li>Build and own Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules\/templates (eg. Terraform, ARM, Bicep), CI\/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and deployments. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and execute cloud migration strategies (on\u2011prem \u2192 Azure, legacy workloads \u2192 cloud native), uplift existing systems, modernise infra, containerise where appropriate. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure cloud security and compliance: enforce Azure best\u2011practices, implement monitoring\/logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics), guard\u2011rails, cost governance, disaster recovery\/business continuity, encryption, network segmentation. <\/li>\n<li>Work with cross\u2011functional teams (application teams, DevOps, security, networking, operations) to ensure architecture supports the full lifecycle\u2014from design to build to run. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to engineers, drive technical decision\u2011making, perform architecture reviews, evaluate vendor\/technology options. <\/li>\n<li>Engage with stakeholders (business, IT leadership, external vendors) to understand requirements, create solution proposals, define technical roadmaps, present architecture, drive buy\u2011in. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain architectural standards, patterns, reusable components, documentation (HLD\/LLD, runbooks) and ensure their adoption. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and optimise Azure environment performance, cost, scalability and reliability over time \u2014 propose continuous improvement initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Role Requirements and Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10\u201115 years of total IT experience, with a strong technical focus and hands\u2011on background in infrastructure, cloud, and architecture roles. <\/li>\n<li>Deep practical experience with Microsoft Azure: IaaS, PaaS, containers (AKS), storage, databases, networking, identity &#038; access. <\/li>\n<li>Strong infrastructure background: on\u2011prem compute\/virtualisation (VMware\/Hyper\u2011V), networking (TCP\/IP, routing, firewalls), storage, hybrid connectivity. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in designing and deploying cloud architectures (including hybrid\/multi\u2011cloud) for enterprise scale (large environments, many subscriptions, complex connectivity). <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates or Bicep\u2014creating reusable modules and automating deployments. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in DevOps \/ CI\u2011CD \/ automation for infrastructure provisioning and integration with application delivery.  <\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in cloud networking (VNet, peering, VPN, ExpressRoute, NSG\/ASG, firewalls), identity &#038;
