  • Manage interior fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover <\/li>\n
  • Plan and oversee execution of MEP works <\/b> ensuring compliance with technical standards and authority requirements <\/li>\n
  • Act as the primary client liaison conducting meetings, site inspections, and progress updates <\/li>\n
  • Supervise in\u2011house teams across all trades (MEP, civil, carpentry etc.) <\/li>\n
  • Allocate manpower and resources across multiple ongoing projects <\/li>\n
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, dashboards and handover documents <\/li>\n
  • Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Strong knowledge of MEP systems <\/b> and coordination with subcontractors <\/li>\n
    • Excellent client\u2011facing and communication <\/b> skills <\/li>\n
    • Ability to produce professional project reports and documentation <\/b> <\/li>\n
