We are seeking a highly organized and strategically-minded Chief of Staff <\/b> with a background in construction or civil engineering <\/b> to support our senior leadership team in streamlining operations, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, leadership presence and prior experience within the UAE construction sector. <\/p>\n Work closely with the CEO\/Managing Director to manage high-level initiatives, daily operations and special projects <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, project management, procurement and operations <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of priorities <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Prepare high-impact presentations, reports and briefs for internal and external stakeholders <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Analyze data from project sites, budgets and operations to inform business decisions <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for efficient execution <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Manage and track progress on key strategic initiatives <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Represent the leadership team in meetings, follow up on action items and ensure timely completion <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Facilitate effective communication between departments and senior leadership <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management <\/b> or a related field <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Minimum 4 years <\/b> of experience in a construction or civil engineering company <\/b> in the UAE <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven experience in project coordination, executive support or strategic planning roles <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, compliance and local market dynamics <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Excellent organizational and leadership skills <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Exceptional written and verbal communication skills <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and reporting software <\/p>\n<\/li>\n UAE driving license is a plus <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Ability to thrive in a
