The role enhances communication with government entities, ensures cultural and national identity programs are consistently implemented, contributes to Emirati talent empowerment, and supports the division in new government projects and tenders. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>1. Government Relations, Representation &#038; Stakeholder Communication <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Nurseries Division in coordinating with UAE government entities (ADEK, ECA, MOE, MOFA, EHC, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Join and participate in government meetings alongside the Nurseries Division Team, ensuring aligned communication and proper representation. <\/li>\n<li>Assist during government visits and presentations by preparing required documents, reports, and operational evidence. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain positive working relationships with government stakeholders by managing follow\u2011ups, clarifications, and routine coordination. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as an Arabic\u2011speaking representative when needed, ensuring culturally appropriate communication and clear interpretation of directives. <\/li>\n<li>Support protocol and logistics for VIP visitors, government delegations, and inspection teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Support for New Projects, Tenders &#038; Government Opportunities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in discussions, presentations, and site visits with government agencies regarding new collaborations and tenders. <\/li>\n<li>Support preparation and submission of all required documents, presentations, and follow\u2011ups for tenders and proposals. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with due diligence and site assessments for new government\u2011partnered nursery projects. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tender requirements, coordinating closely with relevant internal departments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. UAE National Identity, Cultural Programs &#038; Public Nursery Mandates <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure UAE National identity programs, cultural elements, and heritage activities are consistently implemented across government projects (Al Ghad Nurseries, EHC, MOFA, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Curriculum and Operations teams to embed UAE values and cultural learning as required by ECA\/ADEK. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor implementation of cultural and heritage initiatives such as Emirati Classroom Model, UAE national\/heritage celebrations, cultural storytelling and community programs. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a cultural ambassador to ensure alignment with national priorities within early childhood settings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4.
