<\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Examine &#038; resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of the transactions in collaboration with products and enablement units. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Pitch, review, negotiate and conclude deals. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Motivate, Develop and Coach team members. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Maintain the credit quality of the clients relationships within the Portfolio to an acceptable level set by the Bank\u2019s management <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Achieve individual and team financial performance targets. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Identify &#038; develop cross selling opportunities and increase the cross-sell ratio with key clients. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Ensure Account Plans are prepared and maintained for all key clients. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Ensure all clients\u2019 files \/documents are maintained. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Maintain a satisfactory audit on the portfolio <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Learning &#038; Development \u2013 Attend appropriate on and off-the-job training programs and ensure development and skill upgradation of team members. <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Ensure that all internal processes for existing portfolio and NTBs are met in line with the Bank\u2019s policies &#038;
