behalf of our UAE-based client, a reputable player in the hard commodity sector, for the role of Senior \/ Principal Process Engineer. <\/p>\n<p>Represent the Client in a world-class, grass-roots petrochemical and refining project in the UAE from early engineering design through FEED and EPC. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the project scope of work and Basis of Design. <\/li>\n<li>Provide process inputs and compile ITB packages for the pre-FEED and FEED phases. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate bidding proposals and participate in the selection process for engineering contractors. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with the pre-qualification and assessment of technology providers and process licensors. <\/li>\n<li>Review and evaluate Preliminary Design Packages (PDPs), Basic Design Packages, and related study reports. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate and coordinate with international engineering contractors and technology licensors during the design phases. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, external contractors, and vendors. <\/li>\n<li>Review and provide feedback on process-related documentation such as BFDs\/PFDs, process philosophies, design basis documents, specifications, drawings, and layouts. <\/li>\n<li>Provide essential process inputs for the large-scale petrochemical plant design, including process selection, plant configuration, and equipment\/material recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct process design analysis and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. <\/li>\n<li>Use specialized process simulation software (e.g., Aspen PIMS, Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or similar) to verify design calculations and simulations for ISBL and OSBL facilities. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the design of other disciplines and participate in risk assessments, developing measures to minimize process-related issues. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of engineering packages and services; ensure adherence to quality and safety standards throughout project execution. <\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to process design development. <\/li>\n<li>Act proactively as a member of cross-functional teams, contributing to decision-making processes and ensuring the alignment of technical objectives with project goals. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation and presentation of technical reports and recommendations to senior management <\/b> Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Process or Chemical (Petrochemical) Engineering. <\/li>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> minimum 10 years of experience in downstream process engineering, preferably in large-scale or international petrochemical\/refining projects from conceptual design to EPC. <\/li>\n<li><b>Technical Expertise: <\/b> In-depth knowledge of petrochemical and refining technologies, with hands-on experience in licensor\u2019s PDP and the design of ISBL and OSBL facilities. <\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of process design, optimization, and industrial engineering principles. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using process simulation software (e.g., Aspen PIMS, Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or similar). <\/li>\n<li><b>Regulatory Knowledge: <\/b> Familiarity with international standards and UAE National regulatory requirements related to safety, environmental compliance, and quality. <\/li>\n<li><b>Problem-Solving: <\/b> Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical challenges and implement innovative solutions. <\/li>\n<li><b>Communication and Collaboration: <\/b> Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in
