decision-making and ensure accountability. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Represent the organization in academic forums and regulatory inspections. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Master\u2019s Degree or higher in Education or a related field (Doctorate , NPQH preferred). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Minimum 10 years of academic leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a school group or regulatory body. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven track record of driving academic excellence and raising attainment across multiple schools. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong knowledge of British, Indian (CBSE), curriculum frameworks and UAE regulatory requirements. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience in school improvement planning, assessments, curriculum innovation, and academic audits. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Excellent
