You\u2019ll be instrumental in managing all corporate tax aspects of our MENA and APAC operations, with support from other members of the tax team. The role is ideal for a proactive, hands\u2011on individual who excels in a dynamic environment. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Key tax point of contact for regional teams (across finance, legal, commercial etc) to provide assurance and alignment across common workstreams. <\/li>\n<li>Implementing and maintaining appropriate transfer pricing policies and documentation (with support from advisers). <\/li>\n<li>Owning direct tax compliance and reporting for legal entities across our MENA and APAC regions, with support from other members of the tax team and outsourced tax compliance service providers. <\/li>\n<li>Assist the business with direct tax advice on strategic projects (such as international expansion and new products) on an adhoc basis. <\/li>\n<li>Close collaboration with the Tax team on: Automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of tax processes, and Other group\u2011led tasks such as Pillar\u00a02, Country\u2011by\u2011country reporting and cash tax management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified accountant \/ tax adviser. <\/li>\n<li>8+ years tax experience in a multinational organisation (preferably in financial services and in\u2011house). <\/li>\n<li>Extensive corporate tax and international tax knowledge for MENA or APAC (Both is a very nice to have). <\/li>\n<li>Thrives in a dynamic environment, with an ability to adapt and prioritise accordingly. <\/li>\n<li>Brings an enthusiastic, open\u2011minded and hands\u2011on approach to tasks on a daily basis. <\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to support members of the Tax team as well as building strong relationships across the business. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Opportunity and Culture <\/h3>\n<p>We create the conditions for high performers to thrive \u2013 through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.
