This role is based out of our Dubai office. The brand-new hire will play an important role in assisting with the organization decisions as well as will work as a critical partner to the key international functions such as Content Partnerships, Programs, Advertising and Marketing, and Security. The brand-new hire will be a specific contributor for the time being as well as in the future will have a good opportunity to increase their role as the team expands. <\/p>\n<h3>Obligations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Give critical support and advice to senior finance managers and function heads; <\/li>\n<li>Support teams to perform the Financial Planning process of the key features: create near-term and long-term budget strategies, monitor budget usage over planning durations, perform variance analyses, and update the budget\/forecast periodically; <\/li>\n<li>Bring out economic performance evaluation for the local organization, produce performance improvement proposals for the money lead; <\/li>\n<li>In charge of optimizing the techniques, policies, programs, procedures and staff tasks; <\/li>\n<li>Companion with various other business units and provide insightful as well as high quality monetary guidance to support the company&#8217;s business decision-making; <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular market analysis and Business Intelligence research. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree (ideally in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable) or higher; <\/li>\n<li>6-10 years of FP&#038;A or equivalent work experience in web content, media or tech sectors; <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with SQL is a plus; <\/li>\n<li>Track record with complex financial planning &#038; analysis; <\/li>\n<li>Hard skills: data analysis, financial modeling, as well as financial analysis; <\/li>\n<li>Soft skills: excellent communication, strong analytical thinking and critical thinking abilities; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TikTok is committed to creating a comprehensive space where employees are valued for their abilities, experiences, and diverse perspectives.
