We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Transformation and Operational Excellence Director to lead and drive significant improvements within our People and Culture function with a strong emphasis on HRIS and Data Analytics. In this critical role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize HR service delivery enhance efficiency and drive a data-driven culture of continuous improvement. You will partner with People and Culture leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities implement best practices and leverage technology to transform our People Operations. <\/p>\n
Strategic Leadership: <\/strong> Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation and operational excellence strategy for People Operations and Solutions aligned with the overall People and Culture and business objectives. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Process Optimization: <\/strong> Lead the identification analysis and redesign of People processes to streamline workflows eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency and effectiveness. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Operational Excellence: <\/strong> Drive a culture of continuous improvement within People & Culture implementing methodologies such as Lean Agile or other best practices to enhance service delivery quality and customer satisfaction. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Technology Enablement: <\/strong> Evaluate recommend and implement technology solutions to automate processes improve data management and enhance the employee experience. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Data Analytics: <\/strong> Ensure to design and deliver comprehensive People data analytics solutions to provide actionable insights support decision-making and drive People effectiveness. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Performance Management: <\/strong> Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure performance identify areas for improvement and track progress against goals. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Change Management <\/strong>: Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes technologies and organizational changes.. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Stakeholder Management: <\/strong> Collaborate with People partners CEOs functional leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs communicate progress and ensure alignment on transformation initiatives. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Team Leadership <\/strong>: Build lead and develop a high-performing team of operational excellence professionals fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Project Management <\/strong>: Oversee and manage multiple complex projects related to People Operations \/ Solutions transformation ensuring on-time on-budget delivery of results. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Compliance and Risk Management: <\/strong> Ensure People Solutions and operations comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies and identify and mitigate potential risks. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/p>\n Qualifications : <\/b> <\/p>\n Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;
