{"id":74804,"date":"2026-05-26T16:20:24","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T12:20:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/manufacturing-engineering-manager-2\/"},"modified":"2026-05-26T16:20:26","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T12:20:26","slug":"manufacturing-engineering-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/manufacturing-engineering-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2954641<\/p>\n<p><p>A multinational engineering manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to be based in their Abu Dhabi office. <\/p>\n<p>Successsful candidate would be responsible for managing all capital and process development projects: budget, technical objectives &#038; timing, for managing the introduction of new products and changes in the workshop, for managing maintenance operations (plant site, buildings, equipment and related facilities) and implementing quality systems in the workshop. <\/p>\n<h3><b>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all work is implemented in line with the Quality Systems and follows the Lean Principles throughout the whole process \u2013 Lean Champion. <\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage the Engineering Department in support of agreed business objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective management of all capital projects and make sure they meet both business and technical objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and initiate product and process development of existing processes to increase output, assure quality and reduce cost. <\/li>\n<li>Initiate method studies in order to evaluate and optimize output with focus on layout, routings, equipment, work organization and material flow. <\/li>\n<li>Explore new ideas and technology to evaluate the potential to improve products and processes, assure quality and reduce cost <\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective management of the maintenance operation across the full plant ensuring maximum plant up time and integrity of equipment and buildings. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in team work activities in order to capture skills and perspectives across the business in order to drive good ideas and initiatives to a positive conclusion <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all work carried out is in line with the various rules and regulations, Health Safety Environment, fire protection. <\/li>\n<li>Development of work instruction and statistical process control to ensure compliance with Quality standards and plants <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the system and relationship with utility suppliers companies. To establish appropriate conditions for utilization. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that QS are implemented.
