The role will drive proposition design, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, commercial performance, and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with Islamic banking principles and market\u2011leading standards. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Activities <\/h3>\n<h3>Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<h3>Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design differentiated CVPs for World Elite, Legend, and Legend Exclusive cards, incorporating lifestyle, travel, and financial benefits. <\/li>\n<li>Benchmark against regional and global HNW card offerings (e.g., Emirates NBD Voyager World Elite, Mawarid World Elite). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure Sharia\u2011compliant structuring (e.g., Murabaha, Wakalah). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Go\u2011To\u2011Market (GTM) Strategy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute GTM plans including launch timelines, channel strategy, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Technology) for seamless execution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Launch <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute the launch of the three products into the market. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commercialization <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define pricing, revenue models, and profitability targets for each proposition. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and optimize product performance through dashboards and KPIs (activation, spend, ENR, retention). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Campaign Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end\u2011to\u2011end campaign execution: concept, design, launch, fulfillment, and post\u2011campaign analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Design offers (cashback, rewards, travel perks) and manage vendor relationships for fulfillment. <\/li>\n<li>Implement personalization strategies across CRM, digital, and mobile channels. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Market Research &#038; Competitive Analysis <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market scans to identify gaps and opportunities in the HNW segment. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze competitor offerings and customer preferences to inform product features. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk &#038;
