As we expand, we\u2019re looking for a <b>Country Manager in UAE <\/b> who can support and guide our most engaged clients on their journey within the Demopips ecosystem. <\/p>\n<h3>About the role <\/h3>\n<p>As <b>Country Manager in UAE <\/b>, you\u2019ll be the face and force behind Demopips\u2019s presence in the local market. You\u2019ll own the local affiliate strategy, build a strong network of partners, and work across departments to ensure long-term success in the region. This is a senior-level, strategic role with a heavy focus on affiliate relationships and business development. <\/p>\n<h3>Key responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute go-to-market and affiliate expansion strategy <\/li>\n<li>Build, lead, and optimize a high-performing affiliate partner network <\/li>\n<li>Act as Demopips\u2019s ambassador in the local fintech and affiliate space <\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviors to guide growth decisions <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings to the local users <\/li>\n<li>Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen community ties <\/li>\n<li>Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are achieved <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular reporting and insights to the global executive team <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Country Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager within a fintech or affiliate-focused organization <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing affiliate accounts and revenue pipelines <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English;
