Role Purpose <\/h3>\n

The TL of Virtual Relationship Manager will act as a virtual sales channel focusing on service & growth of various financial products including liabilities FX fees investments wakala and takaful to increase revenue. <\/p>\n

  • Utilize Multiple Communication Channels: <\/b> Employ various methods (phone email meetings visits) to maintain strong client relationships. <\/li>\n

  • Develop Tailored Sales Plans: <\/b> Create customized sales plans based on clients financial needs and goals. <\/li>\n

    • Identify Cross-Selling Opportunities: <\/b> Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue. <\/li>\n

          • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Minimum of 10 years in banking or financial services demonstrating a proven track record of success. <\/li>\n
            • Comprehensive knowledge of anti\u2011money laundering measures compliance policies and central bank regulations. <\/li>\n
            • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for superior client relationship management. <\/li>\n
            • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and ensure meticulous documentation compliance with organizational policies. <\/li>\n
            • Expertise in resolving customer complaints and delivering exceptional customer service. <\/li>\n
            • Extensive familiarity with risk monitoring due diligence and maintaining customer records in strict compliance with regulations. <\/li>\n
            • Strong team player with the capability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and business partners. <\/li>\n
            • Adaptability to work in multiple locations based on dynamic business needs. <\/li>\n
            • Knowledge of ADIB policies and procedures is a significant advantage. <\/li>\n
