We offer a collaborative and innovative work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional advancement.  <br \/><b>Duties &#038; Responsibilities <\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organisation&#8217;s overall business objectives.    <\/li>\n<li>Leading the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across all company levels.    <\/li>\n<li>Overseeing employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth opportunities.    <\/li>\n<li>Fostering a positive organisational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.    <\/li>\n<li>Managing performance management processes, ensuring that employees receive constructive feedback and recognition.    <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and regulations and implementing best practices in HR policies and procedures.    <\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with senior leadership to address workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development needs.    <\/li>\n<li>Utilising data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.    <\/li>\n<li>Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of equality.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Manage employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.    <\/li>\n<li>Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.    <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate conflict resolution and guide on employee relations issues.    <\/li>\n<li>Analyse HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.    <\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional development and enhancing team performance.    <\/li>\n<li>Manage succession planning efforts to ensure leadership development and continuity.    <\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about HR trends and changes in labour laws to ensure the organisation remains compliant.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required skills and qualifications <\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.    <\/li>\n<li>8 years of progressive HR experience or senior HR leadership role.    <\/li>\n<li>CIPD (preferred, not essential)    <\/li>\n<li><b><i>Previous construction market experience is essential <\/i> <\/b>    <\/li>\n<li><b><i>Arabic speaking <\/i> <\/b>    <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of organisational development, employee engagement, and change management.    <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.    <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, performance management tools).    <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and best practices.    <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.    <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.    <\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.    <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within a company.    <\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and managing HR budgets.    <\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in multiple languages can be advantageous.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Salary package is negotiable for the correct candidate.
