{"id":74861,"date":"2026-04-14T19:03:43","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T15:03:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/system-assurance-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-04-14T19:03:45","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T15:03:45","slug":"system-assurance-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/system-assurance-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"System Assurance Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3466948<\/p>\n<p><h3>System Assurance Manager \u2013 Abu Dhabi <\/h3>\n<p>RINA is seeking a <b>System Assurance Manager <\/b> to join its Electronics and System Engineering Division in Abu Dhabi. <\/p>\n<h3>Mission <\/h3>\n<p>The role focuses on ensuring railway systems operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime by overseeing the entire system assurance lifecycle\u2014from design to operation and maintenance. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the implementation and coordination of RAMS processes across project phases. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards when developing RAMS deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Manage system-level disciplines such as Electromagnetic Compatibility, Human Factors &#038; Ergonomics, Fire Life Safety, Security, Cybersecurity, Earthing &#038; Bonding, Electrical risks, Authorization &#038; Homologation. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessments using methods like FMECA, event tree analysis, and fault tree analysis to identify and evaluate hazards. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and review key RAMS deliverables, e.g., safety plans and hazard logs, maintaining accurate documentation throughout project phases. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, operators, and authorities, participating in safety\u2011related meetings. <\/li>\n<li>Lead communication with Independent Assessors and Agencies. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure safety requirements are met during testing and commissioning, reviewing test plans. <\/li>\n<li>Provide updates on RAMS activities to project managers and stakeholders, communicating safety\u2011related issues and recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Manage a team of engineers for system assurance activities, support workload management, and assist in hiring new resources. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Electronic\/TLC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 15 years of experience in a similar role. <\/li>\n<li>Proven capability managing complex projects in challenging environments. <\/li>\n<li>Experience leading multicultural teams. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of functional safety principles and willingness to deepen expertise. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with railway industry regulations and safety standards, and with safety authorization and homologation processes (e.g., ERA, ANSFISA). <\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of RAMS analysis software and willingness to gain proficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of international standards: EN\u202f50126, EN\u202f50128, EN\u202f50129, IEC\u202f61508. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with RAMS techniques: FMEA, FMECA, FTA, ETA, RBD. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with risk &#038; safety assessment tools: PHA, IHA, Hazard logs and risk matrices, ALARP, SIL. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of system\u2011level disciplines listed above. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Big\u2011picture thinking and reinterpretation of scenarios. <\/li>\n<li>Network building and trust relationships across departments. <\/li>\n<li>Client intimacy and aligning solutions to client expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Earning trust and appreciating diversity. <\/li>\n<li>Decision making based on priorities, resources, and constraints. <\/li>\n<li>Emotion management and regulation. <\/li>\n<li>Pioneering change and embracing new circumstances. <\/li>\n<li>Promoting sustainable development and maintaining commitment. <\/li>\n<li>Forward\u2011thinking and translating experience into action plans. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Equal Employment Opportunity <\/h3>\n<p>We are committed to equal employment opportunities and fostering a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
