The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with proven experience managing high-end, 5-star hospitality or F&#038;B projects. This role demands hands\u2011on leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional stakeholder management to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards. <\/p>\n<h3>Specific Functions &#038; Key Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end\u2011to\u2011end project management for all new restaurant openings, and refurbishments. <\/li>\n<li>Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure design alignment and seamless project execution. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee construction and fit\u2011out works ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. <\/li>\n<li>Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising design integrity or guest experience. <\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and performance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Standardize project management procedures and reporting frameworks across all development projects. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report project KPIs to senior management, highlighting risk, opportunities, and progress status. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure handover of completed sites to Operations with complete documentation and snag\u2011free delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Lead a multidisciplinary project team and mentor junior project engineers and coordinators. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 812 years of experience in project management within hospitality, or F&#038;B. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in managing 5-star hotel or high\u2011end F&#038;B construction and fit\u2011out projects. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of MEP, civil works, interior finishes, and kitchen installations relevant to F&#038;B environments. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast\u2011paced environments. <\/li>\n<li>Strong budgeting, planning, and cost\u2011control experience. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with regional authority approvals, permits, and HSE regulations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
