Technical Coordination <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Review and coordinate: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Architectural, structural, and MEP drawings <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment between consultants, contractors, and internal teams <\/li>\n<li>Drive value engineering and design optimization <\/li>\n<li>Contract &#038; Commercial Management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Oversee preparation and review of: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BOQs, tenders, and contract documentation <\/li>\n<li>Manage contractor procurement, evaluation, and appointment <\/li>\n<li>Administer contracts (preferably FIDIC-based) and manage variations\/claims <\/li>\n<li>Project Controls &#038; Cost Management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Develop and monitor: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Project schedules <\/li>\n<li>Budgets and cost forecasts <\/li>\n<li>Track progress and implement corrective actions where required  <\/li>\n<li>Ensure robust project controls and reporting frameworks are in place <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Management <\/h3>\n<h3>Act as the key interface between: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal leadership <\/li>\n<li>Consultants <\/li>\n<li>Contractors <\/li>\n<li>Regulatory authorities <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular progress reports to senior management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk &#038;
