Project Planning &#038; Execution <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead full lifecycle project management for new F&#038;B concepts outlets and expansions. <\/li>\n<li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee construction fit\u2011outs, equipment installation and operational readiness. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Stakeholder &#038; Vendor Coordination <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage relationships with internal teams, contractors, architects, designers and suppliers. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts and monitor third\u2011party deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and F&#038;B industry standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Operational Readiness <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with supply chain, operations and HR to ensure seamless pre\u2011opening activities. <\/li>\n<li>Lead project handover processes, including quality checks, safety audits and compliance documentation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Risk Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Resolve project\u2011related issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.
