You will serve as the strategic and academic head of school, ensuring a safe, inclusive, high-performing environment aligned with KHDA\/CBSE guidelines and the UAE National Agenda. Raise attainment and progress; embed data-informed practices. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Foster strong parent engagement and community partnerships. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Implement robust performance management and staff development (CPD). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
