This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, operational discipline and a passion for developing high performing globally aligned teams. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with the company\u2019s business objectives and international growth across Dubai, Mexico and India. <\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor and manage HR Managers and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective support and alignment across all regional offices and time zones. <\/li>\n<li>Design and oversee performance management systems that track, evaluate and enhance employee contributions using clear KPIs and structured feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Standardize HR policies and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience across all locations. <\/li>\n<li>Drive employee development by launching training, upskilling and leadership programs suited for diverse cross-functional teams. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the creation and maintenance of competitive and regionally appropriate compensation, benefits and rewards frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations in the UAE, Mexico and India, aligning practices with global standards. <\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic HR insights to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure and long-term people strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Leverage HR analytics and data to inform decisions on employee retention, engagement and operational efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a high-performance, inclusive and values-driven workplace culture through recognition programs and continuous employee feedback. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8\u201312 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in a leadership position managing HR across multiple regions. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of leading HR in a global multicultural environment; experience with Mexico, India and the UAE is strongly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD or equivalent) are a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of international labour laws, compliance requirements and HR operations. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in designing and implementing performance metrics and scalable HR systems. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with HRIS, performance management tools and data analytics platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and dynamic work environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Benefits <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary <\/li>\n<li>Growth Opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Health &#038;
