<\/strong>: <\/p>\n Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineers <\/strong>. <\/p>\n Provide technical leadership throughout all stages of client engagement: pre-sales, solution architecture, and implementation. <\/p>\n Act as a key technical consultant throughout the sales cycle: clearly and convincingly present product capabilities and business value to prospective clients. <\/p>\n Work closely with sales, product management, and development teams to design and deliver optimal client solutions. <\/p>\n Oversee the integration and implementation of solutions for clients, ensuring smooth and timely deployment. <\/p>\n Take into account all aspects when developing solutions: liquidity flows, execution models, risk parameters, and infrastructure compatibility. <\/p>\n Create and maintain up-to-date documentation, technical guides, and training materials for clients and internal teams. <\/p>\n Actively identify customer needs and suggest improvements based on feedback and market trends. <\/p>\n Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) <\/strong>to assess team productivity and customer satisfaction levels. <\/p>\n Represent the company in technical meetings with external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism and technical expertise. <\/p>\n Extensive technical experience in financial technology <\/strong>, trading platforms, risk management systems, and enterprise SaaS solutions. <\/p>\n Proven experience managing technical teams, preferably in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales within the financial sector. <\/p>\n Deep knowledge of liquidity aggregation <\/strong>, order routing, execution models, the FIX protocol <\/strong>, and trading system APIs. <\/p>\n Expertise in trading technologies <\/strong>and market infrastructure <\/strong>, particularly in the FX <\/strong>, CFD <\/strong>, \u0648 digital assets <\/strong>segments. <\/p>\n Familiarity with institutional platforms such as MetaTrader <\/strong>, cTrader <\/strong>, OneZero <\/strong>, PrimeXM <\/strong>, and proprietary OMS\/EMS solutions. <\/p>\n Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business audiences. <\/p>\n A proactive, client-oriented mindset <\/strong>, strong problem-solving skills, and a successful track record of working with diverse
