As the Project Director you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously overseeing all aspects of project execution on site. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement project strategies plans and schedules to meet client requirements and organizational objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Manage project budgets forecast costs and optimize resource allocation. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and regulatory bodies. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors suppliers and other project partners. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and environmental standards <\/li>\n<li>Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of construction <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field <\/li>\n<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification <\/li>\n<li>20 years of experience in construction supervision project management with a proven track record of successful large-scale project delivery with contracts experience (Experienced practicing Engineer under the Contract role). <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience working in the Middle East construction industry particularly in Dubai. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in project management methodologies tools and best practices <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and optimize resource allocation <\/li>\n<li>Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management <\/li>\n<li>Outstanding leadership and team-building abilities <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills <\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management software and tools <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Remote Work <\/h3>\n<p>No <\/p>\n<h3>Employment Type <\/h3>\n<p>\u062f\u0648\u0627\u0645 \u0643\u0627\u0645\u0644 <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-05-25 15:54:56<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-74944","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
