This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with hands\u2011on experience in B2B travel distribution strong market relationships and proven ability to scale international business across all global markets. <\/li>\n<li>Take P&#038;L ownership of international sales and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual targets. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic market expansion plans focusing on high\u2011potential regions and partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Define and implement sales processes and KPIs to ensure efficiency accountability and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Build and nurture relationships with key travel agencies consolidators and strategic accounts globally. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends competitor activity and pricing strategies to maintain Rezlives competitive advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the product marketing and finance teams to align sales initiatives with company goals. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at international trade fairs networking events and B2B exhibitions to enhance brand visibility. <\/li>\n<li>Recruit mentor and motivate regional sales heads fostering a culture of high performance and ownership. <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular sales forecasts market insights and performance analysis to management. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to annual budgeting pricing strategies and strategic alliances to
