In this critical role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize HR service delivery, enhance efficiency, and drive a data-driven culture of continuous improvement. You will partner with People and Culture leadership and cross\u2011functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and leverage technology to transform our People Operations. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Strategic Leadership: <\/b> Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation and operational excellence strategy for People Operations and Solutions aligned with the overall People and Culture and business objectives. <\/li>\n<li><b>Process Optimization: <\/b> Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of People processes to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and improve efficiency and effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li><b>Operational Excellence: <\/b> Drive a culture of continuous improvement within People &#038; Culture, implementing methodologies such as Lean, Agile or other best practices to enhance service delivery quality and customer satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li><b>Technology Enablement: <\/b> Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions to automate processes, improve data management, and enhance the employee experience. <\/li>\n<li><b>Data Analytics: <\/b> Design and deliver comprehensive People data analytics solutions to provide actionable insights, support decision\u2011making, and drive People effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li><b>Performance Management: <\/b> Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and track progress against goals. <\/li>\n<li><b>Change Management: <\/b> Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes. <\/li>\n<li><b>Stakeholder Management: <\/b> Collaborate with People partners, CEOs, functional leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs, communicate progress, and ensure alignment on transformation initiatives. <\/li>\n<li><b>Team Leadership: <\/b> Build, lead, and develop a high\u2011performing team of operational excellence professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. <\/li>\n<li><b>Project Management: <\/b> Oversee and manage multiple complex projects related to People Operations \/ Solutions transformation, ensuring on\u2011time, on\u2011budget delivery of results. <\/li>\n<li><b>Compliance and Risk Management: <\/b> Ensure People Solutions and operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master\u2019s degree preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, shared services, or process improvement with a focus on transformation and operational excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large\u2011\/mid\u2011scale transformation initiatives in an HR Shared Services environment. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of HR processes, best practices, HR Data &#038;
